Fuel Cells R&D and Demonstration: introducing the world first largest PEM fuel cell in China
In October 2016 the 8th ICAE (International Conference on Applied Energy) has been held in Bejing.
All partners of the DEMCOPEM-2MW project went to this conference and combined it with the launching ceremony of the world’s first 2MW PEM fuel cell power plant at Ynnovate in Yingkou.
In a panel session dedicated to introducing and celebrating the DEMCOPEM-2MW installation, which will be the world’s largest PEM fuel cell power plant.
The Panel hosted representatives from the DEMCOPEM-2MW project leaders, including fuel cell and plant manufacturers, as well as representatives from Chinese R&D on fuel cells, introducing the plant first operating results and discussing the potential of large PEM installations for the industry in China and worldwide.
